Double Envelope Reverse Channel Letters
Reverse Channel Letters Fabrication Process
Reverse channel letters are created by routing .090 aluminum into letter shapes, adding .080 aluminum returns (sides), attaching a clear back polycarbonate back, installing LED modules inside the letters, and finishing with paint. These letters are mounted onto buildings and the LEDs create a halo effect by illuminating the background.
Route 24 Ale House Single Sided Remote Custom Shape Sign Cabinet.
Each sign cabinet stands 75" tall. We reinforced the existing pole with welded angle iron and mounted one cabinet on each side of the pylon structure. By positioning the signs perpendicular to oncoming traffic, visibility was dramatically improved—resulting in a noticeable boost in exposure. Jason, the owner, couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
tiffanee & company led channel letters on Color matched raceways
LED channel letters are crafted with .040 aluminum sides (returns) and 3mm ACM or .063 aluminum backs. Both the backs and acrylic faces are precision-cut using a CNC router. After attaching the returns to the backs, a 1" trim cap is fixed to the faces, which are then secured to the letters with small screws. LED modules, housed within the letters, provide internal illumination. All wiring and power supplies are neatly contained within the raceway, ensuring a clean, professional installation.

Recovering an awning with new vinyl translucent material involves carefully removing the existing fabric, ensuring the frame remains intact. The new vinyl is measured, cut, and securely attached to the structure, providing enhanced durability and a fresh aesthetic. This translucent material allows light to pass through while maintaining weather resistance, making it ideal for both commercial and residential applications. Proper tensioning and finishing ensure a professional look and long-lasting performance.

Sweep-A-Chim Vehicle Wrap
Vehicle wraps are made by designing custom graphics that are printed onto high-quality vinyl sheets. These sheets are then laminated to protect the print from UV rays and scratches. The vehicle's surface is thoroughly cleaned and prepped to ensure optimal adhesion. The vinyl wrap is carefully applied to the vehicle, with installers using heat guns and squeegees to smooth out any bubbles and ensure a seamless fit. Once installed, the wrap is trimmed and edges are secured, resulting in a durable and visually striking finish.
Wagner & Associates Interior Lobby Logo
This lobby logo with a frosted acrylic background is crafted by first cutting the acrylic to the desired shape. Dimensional letters are then fabricated from plastic and affixed to the acrylic, while vinyl letters are applied to the surface for additional detail. The entire assembly is installed onto the lobby wall using black barrel standoffs, which provide a sleek, modern appearance and create depth by holding the logo slightly away from the wall.
Large Banner Project
Large‑Scale Perimeter Banner Installation for Tar Heel Construction Group
Harco Sign Co completed a full‑building banner wrap for Tar Heel Construction Group, delivering more than 600 linear feet of custom‑printed 18oz single‑sided banner material. The graphics were designed to repeat continuously and seamlessly, creating a bold, uninterrupted visual presentation around the entire property.
To ensure durability and performance in outdoor conditions, each banner section was fabricated with precision‑cut wind slits and professionally installed using stainless steel zip ties along the existing fence line. This method provided a clean, secure, and long‑lasting installation capable of withstanding the elements while maintaining a polished appearance.
This project highlights Harco Sign Co’s ability to execute large‑format branding solutions with consistency, structural integrity, and attention to detail—transforming the entire perimeter of the site into a cohesive, high‑impact visual statement.
1% Lists Mid Atlantic Pop up banner
Pop-up banners are created by designing custom graphics, which are then printed onto durable, high-quality vinyl. The printed material is affixed to a retractable banner stand, which allows the banner to be easily extended and retracted. These banners are typically used at trade shows, events, and in retail spaces to provide eye-catching and portable displays. When not in use, the banner retracts into its base, making it easy to transport and store.
Visiting Angels Perforated Vinyl
Perforated vinyl is produced by printing custom graphics onto a vinyl material that has tiny holes. These holes allow the printed side to display the advertisement clearly while enabling visibility from the opposite side. When applied to windows, perforated vinyl offers privacy and shade from the sun for those inside the building or vehicle, without blocking the outward view. This makes it a popular choice for businesses looking to promote their brand while maintaining functionality and comfort.
